Frequently asked questions

How long before we can see the photos?


You wil recieve around 20 preview images within 24 hours of the wedding. Your online gallery, with all your images, will be with you within 4 weeks.




Can we meet you before we book?


I'm not offering face-to-face meetings at the moment, due to trying to reduce the amount of contacts I have during the pandemic. But I'm more than happy to jump on a Zoom call to chat, in fact I encourage it so you can get to know me a little better.




Do we get the rights to print our images?


Yes, you have full personal printing rights of all images.




How do we reserve our wedding date?


A 20% (min £150) non-refundable retainer fee & signed contract secures your date. The remaining balance is due in full 2 weeks prior to your wedding date.




Do you charge travel expenses?


Travel within a radius of 50 miles for the Gold package, and 100 miles for the Platinum and Full Works packages are included in the cost of the package. There wil be a small charge for venue's outside of this radius, and if your venue is more than 2 hours away I will need a hotel room for the night, for which there will also be a small charge.




Do you work with a second photographer?


My packages as standard are for me, myself and I. A second photographer can be added to Platinum & Full Works packages for £250. I'd recomend booking a second photographer if you are having a large wedding with lots of guests. Having the extra photographer gives you even more photos of your guests throughout the day.




I'm getting married abroad, can you cover this?


Yes! I love to travel.

What's the deal with the pre-wedding consultation?


I always find it is of great importance to meet and speak before your big day, even if this is only over video-call. We'll talk through what you can expect from me on your day, and finalise all the timings.




Do you provide a wedding album?


Not as standard, as I tend to find most of my couples prefer digital only. However, albums can be added to a package upon request - simply ask me about the options available.




Do you provide bespoke packages?


Yes! Not all weddings are the same - I get it! For that reason, I may provide a bespoke wedding package to suit your needs. These bespoke packages are for weddings that are faroutside the norm (for example, a very short, intimate wedding between only parents and thebride/groom). Talk to me and we'll make it work!
